Care Instructions
The beauty of our dried and preserved flowers is their low-maintenance nature, allowing you to relish the beauty of nature year-round with ease.
Simply follow our care instructions below, to make sure your flowers keep looking their best for as long as possible.
Avoid sunlight
Your flowers should be kept away from direct sunlight. Dried and preserved flowers can fade over time if they are exposed to too much light.
Do not water
Dried and preserved flowers do not need to be watered. Simply keep you flowers away from moisture, avoiding any humid environments or extreme temperatures.
Avoid humidity
Many of our flowers have been dyed to enhance or adjust their natural colour. Using natural, non-toxic dyes, the flowers sometimes sweat if reacting to a change in humidity. As the dyes are not colourfast, there may be some colour transfer. We recommend you place your flowers away from fabrics or porous surfaces, which could stain.
Handling
Make sure to handle your flowers with care. Some dried and preserved flowers are more delicate than others, so always be gentle and avoid bending or crushing them.
Cleaning
Your flowers should last up to a year. If needed, feel free to dust them occasionally with a soft-bristled brush or a hairdryer on the lowest setting. Make sure to keep your hairdryer at least a metre away, using a cool setting.
Storage
If for any reason you need to store your flowers for an extended period, place them in a sealed box or container lined with tissue paper. This will help protect them from dust and damage
Disposal
Once you are ready to dispose of your bouquets, you should feel happy in the knowledge that these flowers are bio-degradable and can be disposed of in your garden waste. Don’t forget to clean out your vase ready for the next bouquet!
