Founded by two sisters, Surella is based on the coast in the Garden of England, Kent. We specialise in dried and preserved flowers, the long-lasting, eco-friendly alternative to fresh flowers.

Our Passion
Our love for preserved flowers started with the idea of filling our homes year-round with gorgeous varieties of Eucalyptus and wild greenery, all without the demanding upkeep that accompanies fresh flowers. Creating our own bouquets was the next step and something which quickly became our passion. With our inspiration originally taken from the Eucalyptus, we expanded our selection to include a wide range of other vibrant flowers and foliage, all of which have been carefully dried and preserved to perfection, maintaining their natural feel and beauty, whilst adding a contemporary twist to the classic dried bouquet.
Since then, we have made it our mission to bring this lasting fresh flower alternative to as many people across the country as possible.
Choosing to work with dried and preserved flowers was an easy decision.
Unlike fresh flowers that will wilt and perish within a week or two, dried and preserved flowers will last up to a year, making them a more cost-effective way to enjoy the natural world. With no need to water or prune, our flowers also provide a low maintenance alternative for those who love the beauty of fresh flowers. By using more eco-friendly transportation methods, generating less waste and conserving water, dried and preserved flowers generally have a much lower carbon footprint than fresh flowers. To us it seemed like the perfect choice!

Every decision we make, from the suppliers we have chosen to the packaging and labels we have sourced, has sustainability at its heart. Our flowers are natural products, and the preserved process uses a plant-based glycerine with natural dyes where possible. Our packaging is 100% recyclable and almost all is sourced from ISO and FSC certified companies. We are constantly looking for further ways to improve our sustainability and help protect the environment.
